Our 45-minute group class, designed for individuals aged 60 and above, focuses on improving bone strength, muscle function, overall mobility and cardiovascular health in a safe and supportive environment. To provide extra guidance, each session includes a 15-minute pre- or post-session evaluation, offering personalized support and progress evaluation.
