Hence, he aspires to use his knowledge and experiences to help more people to work on their health & fitness program in order to reach their optimal level so that they can enjoy their games more & longer, with less potential of getting injured/reinjured easily.
In 2021, Josh and his business partner have already developed Medical Fitness Asia, a shared private facility that is designed to train special populations to participate in a more active & healthier lifestyle through a variety of lifestyle interventions (exercises, nutrition & stress management) & behavioral-modification techniques.
Both of them are committed to promote, educate and help more people (particularly the special populations) to develop a healthier behaviour so that such awareness will facilitate the continuous efforts in disease-deterioration-prevention program in our community and ultimately to achieving a fitter & better quality of life in this target population in the future.
